This can only be done be email (I don't have time to retype your handwritten lists!)

Acceptable formats

  • Excel (97 or below)

  • CSV files

  • others by discussion

You have a database but using different columns?

  • email me (via homepage) and let's discuss the easiest way to manipulate your data into my database (I'll add columns if needed)

Most fields are optional, so your catalogue can be composed simply of the data that you all ready have - there's no need to go back through your collection to capture any information that you haven't previously bothered to record

If your collection is uncatalogued, or the catalogue is handwritten, then if you want to contribute you will have some typing to do! Don't forget you can submitrecords that are composed of nothing more than brand/ model/ number
